Office Yoga Offerings


Onsite Yoga

These courses will take your workplace yoga to the next level.

Classes range from 30 to 75-minuted and will incorporate the neck, shoulders, hips, legs, core and balance. We want every member of your team to feel confident and refreshed after class so every class is taught to all-levels.


Onsite Meditation

All you need is a conference room.

Meditation is proven to increase mental clarity, improve decision making and reduce stress. Guided meditation can be taken as 15, 30 or 60 minutes sessions at the beginning, middle or end of your teams day.   


Desk Yoga

All you need is a chair.

Desk yoga classes are done seated and standing. They allow your employees to remain in their work attire for the class.

The class focuses on movements to open the chest, relax the shoulders and improve posture.


Yoga Nidra

Yoga nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the "going-to-sleep" stage, typically induced by a guided meditation.

Evidence shows that consistent yoga nidra practice can reduce stress and enhance concentration and creativity.

These classes will include some light movement, brief seated meditation followed by 20-25 minutes laying down for guided yoga nidra practice.


Small group classes

Bring yoga to you and your friends at work, the morning of your wedding, on your birthday or another special occasion. We bring the yoga to you to help relax and refresh yourself and the people in your life with a custom designed yoga class.
